Scope
This information affects the products, services and websites of JPASEX all over the world (in general known as JPASEX’s “services”). Personal information and other data we gather
• It is possible that the servers where the JPASEX website is hosted automatically record the information when you visit our website or use any of our products, including the URL, the IP address, the type of browser and the language, as well as the date and time.
• For the purposes contained in Organic Law 15/99 dated the 13th of December 1999 on the protection of personal information, JPASEX hereby informs its customers and users of the existence of an automated file containing personal information created by JPASEX and under its responsibility with the purpose of maintaining and managing its relationship with its users, as well as for information, training and commercialising its services and any activities related to its services. The customer is aware that their personal information will be processed in accordance to what is set forth herein.
• Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the personal information gathered. If they wish to do so, they must submit a written, signed letter containing the following information: customer’s full name, address for notifications, photocopy of DNI (ID card) or passport, and the request they wish to lodge, to the following address: Stones&Sticks S.L. C/ Estació 23Bis 25320 Anglesola (Lleida) Spain.
• Whenever JPASEX asks for the user’s credit card number, it will do so in a codified way and it will be protected by a password so that only the user may have access to this personal information. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for keeping their password secret.
• JPASEX pledges to fulfil its obligation and duty to guard the secrecy of the personal information. It shall adopt any measures needed to avoid alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access to this information in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Regulation on Security Measures for Automated Files Containing Personal Information, approved by Royal Decree 994/99 dated the 11th of July 1999.

* Each party must treat all the information received from the other party which is classified as confidential the same way they would treat their own confidential information in general, yet in any event with a minimum degree of reasonable care.
