All packages within the EEC are postage paid.
If your purchase is under €300, we will charge you for the transport costs in an separate invoice, which fluctuate depending on the weight, volume and destination. You can see the exact amount of the costs we will charge you when you place your order.
For non-EU countries the packages are sent FOB Barcelona.
To be safe, open the package in the presence of the carrier if you suspect that your delivery might have been damaged, and state on the carrier’s invoice any flaws that you find. Otherwise, you have at most 24 hours from the time you receive the delivery to file any claims with the transport agency.
