CONDITIONS OF THE GUARANTEE
1. STONES&STICKS S.L. guarantees all its products for any manufacturing or assembly flaw for one year from the date of purchase.
2. Any products and sets not manufactured by Stones&sticks S.L. are subjected to the guarantee offered by their respective manufacturers.
3. The guarantee exclusively covers flawed parts. Other costs (travel, labour, transport, loading and unloading, packaging, penalties, etc.) shall be paid by the user.
4. Should the manufacturer deem it necessary, the product shall be moved to its facilities to diagnose and repair it using the proper means and spare parts.
5. STONES&STICKS S.L. refuses all legal responsibility for breakdowns or accidents that can be directly or indirectly attributed to our products and accessories, regardless of whether or not they are within the guarantee period.
6. The guarantee shall remain null and void if the product is subjected to:
A non-standard modification by the manufacturer; if not original spare parts or accessories have been used instead; or if the product has been handled by unauthorised staff.
Using our products without having previously made the necessary checks or without following the recommendations listed in the instruction manual.
Any damage produced by excessive efforts or by not taking into account the recommendations mentioned in the Law of Lever Manipulation or the use of our products by people without instruction or enough training, or under the effects of drugs or alcohol.
Any damage produced by the absence or lack of any safety element, not being properly attached to the floor, not having the leg extensions or the Y-arms in the upper bars of the JpasexDeluxe model assembled, or not having the entire set properly assembled according to our instructions.
Not having sent the copy of this guarantee properly filled out and signed to STONES&STICKS S.L.
7. Before beginning to use our products, users must declare that they have read and understood the corresponding instruction manual.
8. Signing this guarantee document implies that the user accepts all the conditions described and states that they have received the product and all its accessories properly, along with the instruction manual, and that they pledge to follow all the recommendations contained therein.
9. The manufacturer refuses all responsibility should the user fail to comply with the safety specifications in the instruction manual.
10. When there are flawed pieces and/or spare parts that enter within the guarantee, the new ones shall not be sent to the customer until the manufacturer has in its possession the flawed part or element in order to check it. Therefore, the customer must send the manufacturer the flawed parts, postage paid.
11. Transport: No claims for damages, flaws or breakage shall be accepted, even if the transport is postage paid. All claims for flaws must be addressed to the carrier within a maximum of 24 hours.
12. Maintenance of the JpasexDeluxe: This model is manufactured entirely of solid wood, and it should be restricted to residential uses. It should be kept inside, and to clean it use a cotton cloth moistened with water and a gentle pH-neutral detergent. Think of it as just another piece of furniture in your house.
13. Maintenance of the JpasexProfessional: This model is manufactured entirely of steel treated to avoid corrosion. It can be washed with water and a soft sponge using a pH-neutral detergent. It should never be cleaned with pressurised water or high-pressure machines used to wash cars.
