The corresponding 16% VAT will be added to the prices in our shop, except for orders from countries that are not members of the European Economic Community. In this case, the customer must pay for the relevant rights and duties in the country of destination.
All the orders come with an invoice for the merchandise delivered. However, some countries might require additional documentation from the customer or might have to pay customs taxes or any other taxes in the country of destination. In these cases, the customer shall take full responsibility for providing any documentation and/or making any payment that must be made to Customs in the country where the merchandise is received.
The customer is responsible for being informed as to any prohibitions that any of the products exhibited in our shop might be subjected to in their country. Returns and reimbursements are not accepted for amounts that correspond to the return of the merchandise sent by Customs in the destination due to prohibitions in the country of destination.
